Who are Enfield Town FC?

Enfield Town FC is the first supporter-owned football club in the country, founded in 2001 by the Enfield Supporters’ Trust. The ‘Towners’ are an FA Charter Standard Community Club playing at the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium, Donkey Lane, Enfield. Their club is built around the vision of being an inclusive club for all, and aim to be a football and social centre for the community with a range of teams playing at the highest sustainable level. Over the years, successful Reserve, Youth and Ladies sides have been developed, alongside other teams of various age groups and abilities, including a learning difficulties squad and a walking team.

With 15 boys and 6 girls youth teams across a wide range of ages, partnerships such as with Level 7 Academy, which is a platform designed to support and provide learning experiences for young players looking to progress to the higher levels of football, including B-Tech qualifications and professional football opportunities, there is football for any child who wants to play.

The Launch

The 12th of October saw the official launch event of our Enfield Town Youth FC kit, at the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium, Donkey Lane, Enfield. Joined by members of Tottenham Hotspurs under-23 side, the team at future organised activities for both players and parents, including kick up challenges, penalty shootouts, crossbar challenges and a raffle. The proceeds of the raffle, which totalled £510, went to the Pink Ribbon Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Any new business generated on the back of the three-year sponsorship deal will result in a further £250 being generously donated to the club.
